Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: January 2025

We want you to love your Whiskey Painters purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in perfect condition, with all original packaging, tags, and documentation.
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed product defect or shipping damage.

How to Start a Return

Email info@whiskeypainters.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). We will provide return authorization and instructions.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • All damage or defects must be reported within 1–2 days of delivery.
  • Include photos of the item and packaging when contacting us.
  • Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or refund. For confirmed defects/damage, Whiskey Painters covers return shipping.

Non-Eligible Items

  • Custom/personalized, limited-edition, or clearance items are final sale.
  • Items showing wear, use, or missing original packaging may be refused or incur a restocking fee.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank/card provider to post the credit.
  • Original shipping is non-refundable unless due to our error.

Return Shipping Tips

  • Use a trackable service and keep proof of shipment. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
