Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Whiskey Painters purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in perfect condition, with all original packaging, tags, and documentation.
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed product defect or shipping damage.
How to Start a Return
Email info@whiskeypainters.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). We will provide return authorization and instructions.
Damaged or Defective Items
- All damage or defects must be reported within 1–2 days of delivery.
- Include photos of the item and packaging when contacting us.
- Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or refund. For confirmed defects/damage, Whiskey Painters covers return shipping.
Non-Eligible Items
- Custom/personalized, limited-edition, or clearance items are final sale.
- Items showing wear, use, or missing original packaging may be refused or incur a restocking fee.
Refunds
- After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank/card provider to post the credit.
- Original shipping is non-refundable unless due to our error.
Return Shipping Tips
- Use a trackable service and keep proof of shipment. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
