• Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing; see product pages for details.

Shipping Methods & Rates

• Domestic shipments via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Rates are calculated at checkout.
• International shipments (if offered) may incur customs duties/taxes, payable by the customer.

Delivery Issues

• Carrier delays are outside our control, but we’re happy to help investigate.
• Report any shipping damage within 1–2 days of delivery with photos to info@whiskeypainters.com.
